We offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over £20 including VAT. All other orders will be subject to charges as detailed in delivery charges
We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We only send goods within the UK but may from time to time agree to delivery products to other countries and territories.
For larger items we use DPD who have limitations on where they are able to deliver. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and the Chanel Islands can be address we are unable to ship to. Please contact us before placing your order if you live in any of these areas.
Delivery methods and periods
The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:
Free and standard orders to a delivery address on the United Kingdom mainland will be sent with Royal Mail on a Tracked 48 service and the typical period for delivery by this method is 2- 3 working days; depending on location. If you require a quicker delivery please upgrade to an expedited service. For this we use DPD couriers who can deliver to most mainland postcodes and will email or text you with a 1 hr delivery slot. Orders to other postcodes in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Channel Islands will be sent on a Royal Mail Tracked 24 signed for service.
All orders placed before 12 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day, the standard service will be delivered in 2-3 working days and if the expedited service is chosen will be delivered next working day. All orders taken after 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are NOT working days and orders taken will leave on the next working day. The delivery periods set out in this section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period. We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.
Delivery times are a guideline only, Saturday deliveries are subject to couriers and are not guaranteed.
Lost or Damaged Orders
Please check goods on arrival.
Any items damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
Claims for lost or delayed items cannot be made until 10 working days have past to allow for delays in the postal service but please notify us if there is a problem.
Delivery charges will be calculated by our website depending upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
Orders over £20 sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 will be FREE
All other orders sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48. £3.99
Expedited orders will be sent by DPD Next Day depending on location or Royal Mail Tracked 24 Signed at a cost of £6.99
Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products.

Some deliveries depending on value must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.
If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make at least 1 more attempt to deliver the products in your order.
Deliveries can be re-arranged online at no extra cost to you or collected from the Royal Mail DO shown in your tracking details.
If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making at least 1 more attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products, including a time limit for collection.
If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery and any other costs we may incur (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).
An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:
(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;
(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;
(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;
(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;
(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website. This policy does not create legally enforceable rights and obligations; it merely indicates our usual practice in relation to the delivery of products. In stock Items are normally sent within 24hrs and if an item is out of stock you will be notified by email as to when the item is available.
