Cancelled Orders

Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place the order and ends 14 days after you

receive the item, you then then have a further 14 days to return.

You must provide the following information.

Order number name (Person who placed order)

Contact telephone number

Faulty/Damaged item (product description)

Details of Fault (digital photos will help to identify problem)

We will then contact you with an authorization number, after doing so you have a further 14 days to return the item.

The returned item must be unused in original packaging with all labels and tags intact and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Please pack well and enclose your details and authorization number.

You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the product and we advise sending using a signed tracked service to insure against loss or damage.

Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect Orders

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item please accept our apologies. Contact us immediately with the following information as soon as you discover there is an issue with the order so we can give priority to resolving the problem.

We will then contact you with the best way forward. You will be given an authorization number and we may ask you to provide digital photo of the item and packaging, so do not dispose of anything until we have decided upon the best course of action.

You will then be offered a replacement if available or a refund if you prefer.

Refunds

We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.

We will refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product based on our standard delivery charge and not any expedited delivery you may have opted for.

You will be responsible for the postage costs of returning the product and we advise sending using a signed tracked service to insure against loss or damage.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days following the day we receive your returned product.

A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.

The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.

Improper returns

If you return a product in contravention of this policy and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

Returns policy

Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.

If you require a return due to cancellation see the procedure below or if you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item please accept our apologies and contact us immediately. In both circumstances you must obtain an authorization number before returning. We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

This policy shall apply to all of our customers who have made a purchase through our website and received a delivery within the UK.

If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:

(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of dispatch of the product to you;

(b) the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging with any seal or shrink-wrap intact, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

(c) you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and

(d) we reserve the right to charge a deduction for returned goods received back

This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer such as rights under the Consumer Contracts Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
